I know this isn't the right place for this question, but I can't figure where else to put it. I read part of the book and scanned the rest, and maybe I'm blind, but I could find nothing about Lincoln's mother. SO WHAT WEED KILLED LINCOLN'S MOTHER? Very clever to put it in the title and intro to draw attention, but THE QUESTION SHOULD BE ANSWERED, and since there is no index, I couldn't even look it up. WHAT IS THE ANSWER?
